Welcome to the Oxford County Bid Opportunities Website

Effective October 2017, Oxford County has issued opportunities and received submissions using Bids&Tenders for digital procurement management. If you are not a current subscriber to Bids&Tenders, you will need to subscribe as a vendor to submit bids to Oxford County. 

Oxford County does not require you to pay in order to receive notifications, to preview bid documents, or to submit questions on bids. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to submit a bid on a bidding opportunity, vendors have the option to pay an unlimited annual subscription fee or a one-time fee per bid opportunity to Bids&Tenders™.

After creating a bidding system vendor account with Bids&Tenders, you can select commodity codes for goods and services you supply and the bidding system will notify you by email of the bid opportunities matching your commodity code selection(s). If you do not already have a Bids&Tenders account, you can create one here.

Viewing Bids

Open bids appear below, however by using the status dropdown list you may search historical bids by selecting a status such as awarded, closed, cancelled, etc.

Unofficial bid results for Tender opportunities are usually posted the same day as the bid closes.
