To create an account there are two fees that are available: an unlimited annual subscription fee of $439.90 or a one-time fee per bid opportunity of $132.04.

To create an account to receive notifications only, please do not select a payment option on the "Subscription Registration" page. Once you reach that page, you have completed your notification setup. Oxford County does not require you to pay in order to receive notifications, download bid documents, or to submit questions on bids. If you have any questions regarding the signup process, please contact the Procurement Officer for Oxford County and they will be happy to assist.  

To register for the unlimited annual fee, please enter the required information below and click on the “continue” button. You will then be prompted to select the annual subscription fee and continue with the checkout process.

To register for the per bid fee, please enter the required information below and click on the “continue” button.  Once you have successfully created your account, you can then navigate to the bids homepage and click the “Register” button of the bid opportunity that you wish to become a plan taker for.

A certified diverse supplier is any business or enterprise that is certified by a Supplier Certification Organization to be more than 51% (majority) owned, managed and controlled by persons belonging to an equity-seeking community or a social purpose enterprise. Inviting a Contact

In order to add a contact to the company profile, click on the “invite another contact” button and type the contact name and email address of the person you wish to add.

Your invited contacts will receive an email invitation from the Bidding System to create their own login to the Bidding System  If you are an invited company contact it is imperative that you create your login from the link contained in the email invitation. DO NOT go directly to the Bid Opportunity website and create a separate vendor account. It is your sole responsibility to keep your additional invited contact(s) current and delete any contacts that you DO NOT want to have access to your profile
