Oxford County is seeking a vendor to complete roof replacement at 215 Lisgar Ave in Tillsonburg Ontario. The building is a County owned 2 storey 44-unit multi-residential housing facility in Oxford County that needs a full roof replacement as it is at the end of its life span. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a multistage renovation that shall encompass the removal and replacement of the existing solar panels, replacement of roof penetrations, scupper drains parapet wall structure and Mansard roof restoration. |
