Oxford County is currently seeking quotations to complete site remediation to a property located in Woodstock, ON. The subject site is located at 381 – 387 Dundas Street, Woodstock, formerly occupied by the Capital Theatre, as well as a former commercial building. While the former buildings have mostly been removed, there are existing remnant walls that need to be demolished. This project will consist of both demolition and remediation of the existing building components to ensure the site complies with the City of Woodstock property standards By-Law. The scope of work will include all demolition work, site preparation, foundation repairs and waterproofing, building structure repairs, alterations, and cladding. |
