Located at 174 Lisgar, Tillsonburg ON, is a 42-unit, multi-unit residential building (MURB) in need of repairs to existing concrete balconies. These balconies have various areas and types of deterioration noted and have had various repairs already completed. In addition, the existing balcony railings show signs of deterioration and weathering. The intent of this project is to complete concrete edge repairs on all balconies and refinish all the existing steel railings.
