The successful Contractor will complete the work for replacing existing luminaires with LED equivalent luminaires, the install of lighting controls as noted, and removal and disposal of all existing items being replaced.  The project consists of retrofitting lighting systems as specified herein at 19 County locations, broken out in Multi-Unit Residential Building (MURB), Water Treatment and Distribution (WTD) and Waste-Water Treatment and Collection (WWTC) sites.
