Please note the County of Oxford is posting this bidding opportunity on behalf of the Township of Norwich. The terms and conditions, approvals and award of this bidding opportunity are governed by the Township of Norwich's Procurement Policy. This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation by the Township of Norwich to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the hot mix resurfacing, applying and compacting shoulder gravel and pulverizing of the sections of roads, as further outlined in the Tender Documents.
