Oxford County is soliciting tenders for the dredging/desludging and land application of biosolids from the Norwich Wastewater Treatment Lagoon.  The Contractor is responsible for providing all of the labour, equipment and material necessary to remove and land apply the biosolids as a non-agricultural source material to agricultural land for beneficial re-use from the North and South Lagoon cells at the Norwich Wastewater Treatment Lagoon.  The material is to be removed by dredging method.
