This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the County to qualified Proponents to submit Proposals for the delivery of Special Needs Resourcing supports and services for children attending licensed child care centres, licensed home child care programs and before and after school programs, as well as families attending EarlyON Child and Family Centres, across the County.  Further information regarding the scope of work is included in Section 2.0 - Terms of Reference.
