Oxford County is undertaking a biogas utilization upgrade at the Woodstock WWTP, located at 195 Admiral Street, Woodstock, as part of the County's 100% Renewable Energy Plan by implementing a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system to generate heat and electricity from biogas produced at the WWTP, thereby decreasing the WWTP’s dependence on the energy grid.
