Oxford County is actively engaged in the comprehensive design process for the road reconstruction and improvements to Devonshire Avenue (Oxford Road 35), from Knightsbridge Road to Lansdowne Avenue, located within the City of Woodstock. This section of Devonshire Avenue is a full reconstruction project. The successful consultant will deliver a Civil 3D base plan that includes the legal right-of-way, a full topographic survey, and all subsurface infrastructure to enable County staff to utilize the information for design work. |
