The existing East Water Tower in Woodstock requires improvements to ensure it remains in a state of good operation for reliable service to the community. The general description and scope of work include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Conduct an initial inspection of the existing water tower; 

  • Provide recommendations for upgrades which may include replacement of internal piping and equipment; and

  • Review and recommendations for exterior/interior coating replacement, assessment of access covers, vents, and related components.
