The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit prospective proponents (including non-profit and for-profit organizations), to submit proposals for the development of a mixed-market rental building at 385-387 Dundas Street, in the City of Woodstock. This RFP invites proponents to submit proposals to construct an 8-storey apartment building, with a minimum of 35 rental units, including a minimum of 27 total affordable units, with 12 units being 80% of the average market rent and 15 being 100% average market rent. The proposed development shall consist of a mix of affordable and market rental units. Proposals that offer a greater number of affordable units will be given higher priority. |
