The successful Consultant for this engineering assignment will complete a Schedule C Class EA for the prospecting of a new Municipal Well, as well as Water Treatment for the Plattsville Drinking Water System. The successful consultant will be required to conduct all phases of a Schedule C Class EA which includes but is not limited to: identifying the Problem or Opportunity Statement, identifying and evaluating alternative solutions (and selecting a preferred solution), identifying and evaluating alternative design concepts for the preferred solution (and selecting a preferred design), and comprehensively documenting all aspects/components of the assignment in an Environmental Study Report (ESR).
