The County of Oxford is seeking proposals from qualified consultants with demonstrated expertise in the preparation of development charge background studies and by-laws and experience defending such studies and by-laws at the Ontario Land Tribunal. Further information regarding the scope of work is included in Section 2.0 - Terms of Reference.
