The County of Oxford is seeking proposal submissions for the provision of consulting engineering services to conduct a review of water and wastewater service delivery in the County (including contracted services), which is intended to systematically determine the most appropriate and cost effective way to provide municipal water distribution and wastewater collection services, while maintaining or improving service levels.
