This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the County to qualified Proponents to submit Proposals to undertake an Employment Policy Review to review and evaluate the effectiveness of the current industrial, commercial and institutional land use policy framework in the Official Plan and recommend policy updates, as appropriate.
