Description: 

The Southwest Industrial Development in the Town of Ingersoll is bordered by Union Road, Curry Road, Highway 19 (Plank Line), and Highway 401. It is one of three areas indicated for future expansion and development in the Town of Ingersoll and Oxford County Southwest Ingersoll Secondary Plan, and the only area south of Highway 401. The successful Consultant will complete the requirements of the Municipal Class EA process as stipulated in the mandatory guidelines developed by the Municipal Engineers Association.
