This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the County to engage the services of a professional, qualified consulting firm for a Facilities Plan for the Oxford County Library. This review will analyze existing library facilities, including their physical condition (including accessibility), suitability, size and location along with examining community demographics, geographic data and library use data to identify current and future community need. The review will also identify additional opportunities for service integration with other County programs and services, identify opportunities to better utilize library space or identify limitations to meeting today’s needs as modern public library spaces and barriers to meeting the future needs of public library spaces.
