The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from various suppliers, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, for the pre-selection and evaluation of equipment prior to purchase for BUP (Biogas Utilization Project). Oxford County is upgrading the Woodstock Wastewater Treatment Plant (WD-WWTP) by implementing a PS2 Switchgear.
