Located in Tillsonburg, ON, Woodingford Lodge Tillsonburg is a 34-bed long-term care facility (LTC) built in 2004. Due to the age of the building, the modified bitumen flat-roof system has reached it’s end of life and requires replacement. This building has a mix of roofing types with only the flat-roof area being included in the scope of work. Additionally, there are three roof top HVAC units (RTUs)located in the flat-roof area of the building that are also reaching their end of life. |
